How time flies, I just realised it is five months since I wrote in this blog.  This year has gone very quickly.  My daughter graduated from university which was a proud moment for us all, my grandson has now moved into Year One and is progressing well and my granddaughter remains very cute, now 2 years old.

We are still undertaking research and finding more and more information on our family, a lot more on the Stokes's and Sharp's which has now over a thousand names and still more on the Broome's.  We have discovered the christening date of our oldest Broome ancestor, which has now taken us back a further generation now, with more research to link with other Broome's who contact us asking if we are related,

The winter approaches, so my cousin Joan and I will continue our searches into this family of ours and I will post here anything we find that is really interesting.
